Neuroaffirmative Perspective

Accompaniment with neurodivergences

A space where your way of processing the world is heard and respected.

Your neurotype isn't something that needs to be corrected.

Opening up in therapy can be difficult, especially if you have had to mask your way of being. We want to offer you a warm and judgment-free accompaniment, with space to discuss your sensory, cognitive and emotional needs.

We work with autistic people, those with ADHD, high abilities, dyslexia, Tourette and other forms of neurodivergence, as well as those exploring their identity without a formal diagnosis. We work from a neuroaffirmative and intersectional perspective.

How we can accompany you

  • Psychoeducation: Understand your profile, communication, sensory needs and learning styles.
  • Research and identification: Reread your story without imposed labels and without pressure to come to a conclusion.
  • Burnout and masking: Recognize and rest and build sustainable boundaries.
  • Sensory and emotional regulation: Identify overload and seek resources appropriate to your experience.
  • Self-esteem: Work with guilt, self-care and self-compassion.
  • Executive functions: Finding organizational strategies that suit you.
  • Relations and family: Explore communication, bonds and environment support from respect.
