Know me
From an early age I began to feel a strong interest in psychology and humanism due to the influence of close family members. At age 17 I came into contact with psychology and meditation with a 50 hour course in Mindfulness with Miriam Medina at Jerez de la Frontera.
At age 18 I began to study Degree of Psychology At the University of Seville, where I obtained the cognitive-behavioral base. During these four years of training, I decided to focus on the clinical and therapeutic side of Psychology. Starting my second year of university studies, I entered to study Traditional Chinese Medicine for 4 years at the Five Elements Centre in Granada.
In my last year of study, at age 21, with the aim of getting to know them in depth experiential techniques and to get close to a practical psychology, I did the first course at Gestalt humanist therapy at JERA's Seville school. That course prompts me to continue with personal therapy.
The following year I did the Master's degree in General Health Psychology at the University of Puerto Real, where I continued to strengthen my cognitive and behavioral approach. At 23 I began Master’s degree in third-wave contextual therapies where I get back to thinking about Oriental-based psychology. That master's degree allowed me to get into the field of modern and scientific psychology, taking as support the acceptance and commitment therapy and his knowledge and psychological thought share of traditions as old as Buddhism.
